The following is an account of THE interaction beginning late June, 2021, which led to Baltimore County Courts issuing the first final (second total at that time) peace order against David Blumberg to protect Katherine Needleman. The judge issued a final peace order FOR the length of six months—the longest available in Baltimore County. Blumberg was ordered to “not abuse, not contact, not enter residence, and stay away from employment” with regard to Katherine Needleman.

DAVID BLUMBERG CONTINUED TO SPEAK ABOUT KATHERINE NEEDLEMAN IN PUBLIC FACEBOOK PAGES in May, 2024. HE INDICATED AWARENESS OF A SOLO CONCERT Needleman was playing (“bring friends”) as well as a protest she was hosting in New York City. Given the other threatening language He has Been Using, Zeneba Bowers Expressed Concern As Follows.
On June 20, 2024, in a conversation with Harold Emert, Blumberg made the following comment (which he later deleted, something he does commonly) about Katherine Needleman:
Later in the same chain of Facebook commentary, Blumberg said the following:

And shortly after this was shared, Blumberg posted this to “friends only,” at 9:47pm November 20, 2024:
Needleman obtained her third Peace Order against David Blumberg on November 21, 2021 at 10:57am.
At approximately 3:00pm November 21, 2024, Blumberg elaborated on his November 20, 2024 “Silence Is Deadly” post:

Later, in court on December 2, 2024, Blumberg would confirm under oath that he was speaking of Needleman in these above comments.
Blumberg Continued in the Following Days, including after he was served the morning of November 25. From Approximately 1:11pm (EST) November 26, 2024:

On December 2, 2024, Needleman obtained Final Peace Order #2 (Peace Order #4). Blumberg appeared in court under oath with Needleman. Blumberg called his Fiance, Victoria Corvia, as a witness and Needleman cross-examined Her.

Here are two posts, the first from June 12, 2023, and the second from May 1, 2024, where Harold Emert appears to be threatening legal action.
I have indeed questioned Emert’s claim that he was “former solo English horn of the Israel Philharmonic.” That orchestra confirmed for me that he was never aN Orchestra member, yet this is how he self-describes IN one of HIS profiles on Facebook, even as of this screenshot from may 20, 2024. I also question his integrity as a journalist given that he never reached out for me for comment on his September, 2018 piece shared above. He reached out to me only about 20 months later, to ask me to perform one of his solo oboe pieces on my Lockdown Oboe Solo Concerts. I ignored that request.
