Included in purchase of each doublereed version are two scores (concert pitch and transposed scores for performing/rehearsing) and nine parts, which will be delivered in PDF to your email address within 24 hours of purchase. Choose the original or an alternate version with Oboes 4 and 5 in place of the two oboes d’amore. Both versions can be purchased simultaneously (four scores total plus thirteen parts in total.) A clarinet ensemble for eight players also exists.
The dynamics and articulations here (in addition, obviously, to the orchestration) are all mine, designed to suit and unify the doublereed instruments of our time. I have freely let go of Mr. Bach’s dynamic and articulation suggestions as they cannot be directly translated into this ensemble. This is a quite wild and virtuoso display for nine doublereed players.
